Founders

Anne Ladov Eisemann
has been assisting restaurant and hospitality clients for many years on a wide variety of employee-related matters and issues. Annie advises regarding day-to-day employment issues, including discipline and termination, employee personnel policies, wage and hour compliance and FMLA/PFML and disability management.
Annie also has extensive experience training managers on topics such as harassment prevention and best management practices. Although Annie never fulfilled her childhood dream of opening a restaurant, she loves working closely with hospitality operators.

Molly Hopper Sandrof
is an experienced HR leader with 10+ years of restaurant operations experience. Prior to March 2020, Molly was instrumental in building the teams of notable Boston and New England based restaurants such as Eastern Standard, Island Creek Oyster Bar, The Hawthorne, Row 34, and Branch Line, as the Director of People.
Molly works with restaurant and hospitality teams on all elements of job design, development, culture, compliance, benefits administration and HR process and workflow. She specializes in client relations with hospitality operators eager to build dynamic, successful teams. Molly is passionate about the ability of the restaurant industry to impact individual employee experience in a lasting way. Molly believes in proactive and responsive work to create better jobs and make all businesses great places to work.
